mustard
2 cloves minced
garlic
2 green onions,
chopped
1/2 cup (about 2
ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
Directions:
Mix and mix – don’t be lazy. Then form into burgers and
grill.
